Workout: 18 March 2016

It has been forever since I worked out. I pushed hard in the fall to prepare for festivals I was vending at, and work was intense. Then, I got laid off and decided to move to Seattle.

One of my friends has been suggesting Fitness Blender for months and months now. I finally got around to using it.

Tonight, I did these light workouts, which, together, made me sweat like whoa. Only 30 minutes, but pretty effective.

I have a bunch of other videos queued up to see how I like them. I enjoyed some of the above videos, but I'm hoping there are others that I'll enjoy more.
