Lat pulldown, 3 sets 12 reps, 90 pounds

Chest press, 3 sets 12 reps, 80 pounds

Pectoral fly, 3 sets 12 reps, 60 pounds

Swimming laps, mostly attempts at freestyle stroke, 10 minutes
