Gym: 6 August 2017

Joined a new gym here in Seattle. I've been doing a lot of physical therapy to recover after getting run over by an SUV, and I wanted to make sure I keep up the momentum by working on fitness as well.


Stationary bike, random hills program, 30 minutes, 13/20 intensity, 2 minutes cool down.

Chest press, 3 sets 12 reps, 80 pounds.

Lat pulldown, 3 sets 12 reps, 75 pounds.

Row, 3 sets 12 reps, 60 pounds.

Swim laps, 10 minutes, some awkward combination between breast stroke and freestyle.
